The stacked-ring look has one practical problem: three separate rings slide, spin and work their way out of order through the day. This design solves that by building the stack as a single piece — three fine beaded bands held in formation, with a small clear stone bezel-set at the centre.
Each of the three bands carries a row of tiny raised beads, the granulated detail used in traditional Indian goldwork, which gives the ring a soft sparkle even where there is no stone. Because the bands are joined rather than loose, they stay evenly spaced and the stone stays facing upward. You get the layered appearance people buy three rings to achieve, with none of the fidgeting.
The centre stone is held in a closed bezel — a rim of metal folded over the edge of the stone — rather than in prongs. Bezel settings sit lower, catch far less on clothing and hold considerably more securely than claws, which are the usual failure point on inexpensive rings. The beading is formed in the metal itself. Total weight is about four grams, light enough that the ring does not announce itself when you are typing or cooking.
This is a daily ring more than an occasion one. It works on any finger, reads as delicate rather than loud, and sits well next to a watch. If you want more presence, wear it with a plain wide band on the opposite hand rather than adding more rings to the same finger — the beading is detailed enough that crowding it makes the hand look cluttered.
Beaded surfaces are where plated jewellery normally fails first. The hollows between the beads trap skin oil and moisture, a polishing cloth cannot reach into them, and within a few weeks an ordinary ring looks grey in the recesses while the high points still shine. The stainless steel core and anti-tarnish gold plating used here are what keep the beading looking even rather than patchy.
The ring is made with an adjustable fit that settles on most finger sizes without a measured size. The bead rows are rounded, so despite the texture there is nothing abrasive against the neighbouring finger.
Use a dry soft brush rather than a cloth, since the bristles reach between the beads and around the bezel where a cloth simply skims the surface. Put the ring on after perfume and hand cream. Store it in its pouch, and take it off for swimming, bathing and washing up.
