These spiked silver sunburst studs work entirely through metal and texture. A gold disc, engraved all over in radiating lines, sits inside a silver rim cut into sharp points all the way round.
The engraving on the gold face runs from a small central dot outward to the edge, dividing the disc into fine wedges so light moves across it in sections as the ear turns. Around the centre sits a ring of tiny raised beads, separating the gold from the silver.
