Product Description

These red kundan chandbali earrings are full bridal jewellery. Each earring sweeps out into a wide crescent arc set with red and white kundan-style stones, framed all the way round with pearl-like beads, and a ridged silver jhumka swings from the bottom.

Design Details

The arc is the whole design. It rises from the stud in a broad curve, with white kundan stones forming the main line and deep red ones set at intervals along it, each in a raised frame. A double row of small pearls traces both edges of the arc, so the shape is outlined clearly even against a busy outfit.

Where the curve comes down, a silver-tone jhumka hangs free: a ridged dome fringed with pearl-like beads that swings independently of the arc above it. The gold tone of the arc against the silver of the jhumka is what makes this a dual tone piece rather than a single-colour chandbali.

Product Highlights

  • Wide chandbali arc in gold tone
  • Red and white kundan-style stones
  • Double pearl-bead edging
  • Silver-tone jhumka with pearl fringe
  • Bridal-weight statement design

Styling Suggestions

These are made for the biggest day of the function calendar. Wear them with a bridal lehenga, a heavy Banarasi saree or a richly embroidered anarkali, with hair pulled back into a bun so the full width of the arc shows.

Red and white kundan is the classic bridal combination, so these pair naturally with a red or maroon outfit, and equally well with ivory and gold.

Perfect For

  • Weddings and receptions
  • Brides, sisters of the bride and close family
  • Sangeet and grand festive evenings
  • Heavy silk and embroidered outfits
  • A wedding-season gift for someone special

Fit and Comfort

This is a heavy, ceremonial earring meant for a few hours at a time rather than all day. The weight is spread along the arc instead of concentrated in one drop, which helps, and earring supports or a light ear chain will make a full wedding day much more comfortable.

Product Details

  • Product Type: Chandbali Jhumka Earrings
  • Design: Wide kundan arc with a hanging silver jhumka
  • Finish: Dual tone, gold arc with silver jhumka
  • Stones: Red and white kundan-style stones
  • Embellishments: Pearl-like bead edging and fringe

Care Instructions

Put these on after hair spray and perfume, which dull both the kundan and the pearl beads. Wipe them gently with a soft dry cloth after the function, and store them flat in a box so the wide arc keeps its shape and the jhumka does not tangle.

Why This One Sells Out

Full bridal chandbalis are made in short runs because each arc is set stone by stone. During wedding season a batch can be gone in days, which is why we confirm availability before taking an order rather than risk cancelling later.
