A five petal flower in pink enamel sits at the lobe. Below it hangs an open ring worked in clear kundan, and beneath that a crescent painted with fine pink floral detail. A dense fringe of small white pearls closes the lower edge.
Available in 10 colours: Sky Blue, Hot Pink, Green, White, Blue, Grey, Peach, Red, Pink and Yellow. The colour refers to the enamel throughout.
The open ring in the middle is what gives this design its lightness. Placing a genuinely empty circle between the flower above and the crescent below means the earring covers a lot of vertical space while remaining mostly air, so it never looks like a solid slab of metal on the ear.
It also creates three separate visual events down the length of the earring — flower, ring, crescent — rather than one continuous panel, which holds attention far longer.
Fine pink floral work runs across the white enamel of the crescent, with small leaves and buds picked out by hand. Because the ground is pale, the painted detail carries clearly rather than being swallowed.
Small white pearls hang densely around the full curve, deep enough to form a soft band. Against pale enamel the pearls read as texture rather than contrast, which keeps the design calm despite its size.
Post fitting. Bridal scale but genuinely light, thanks to the open ring and the thin enamelled metal.
Pastel and ivory lehengas, cream silks, and daytime ceremonies. Ten colour options mean you can pick for a specific outfit rather than compromise. Hair up, short necklace or none.
It is difficult to judge weight from a photograph, but there is a reliable visual clue: look for empty space. A design with open rings, pierced panels or gaps between elements will almost always be lighter than one of the same outline filled solid, because the missing metal is exactly what would have added the weight. On a long earring that difference decides whether you take it off halfway through the evening.
With ten shades available, it is worth resisting the instinct to buy the brightest. Pink and Hot Pink photograph beautifully but suit a narrow range of outfits, while White, Grey and Peach will sit against almost anything in a typical wardrobe. If this is a first pair in this style rather than an addition, one of the quieter shades will earn considerably more wear.
Store them in their own pouch so the enamel is not chipped. Put them on after perfume and hairspray, and keep them away from water.
