This bridal kundan jhumka set dresses the ears and the forehead together: a pair of jhumkas, pearl kaan chains that hook into the hair, and a matching maang tikka, all in the same kundan work.
The jhumkas are round kundan medallions above open bells, set with clear stones in gold bezels, with small multicolour bead drops in pink, green, blue and yellow hanging from the rims.
From each earring, long strands of small pearls run upward to a hook that fastens in the hair, and the same beads are threaded along them at intervals. The maang tikka repeats the medallion at a smaller scale, hung from a pearl chain with its own jhumka drop, so all three pieces read as one set.
A heavy bridal jhumka pulling on the earlobe is the most common complaint at a long wedding.
