This oxidised twin peacock long necklace set puts its detail in one place and leaves the rest plain. A long double-strand bead chain runs down from the neck with no ornament at all, and then at the front two peacocks face each other above a stone bar, with a round medallion of petal-cut stones hanging beneath them. Matching earrings repeat the peacock with a small bar of the same stones. The set photographed uses baby pink, and the design comes in five colours.

Design Details

The chain is a long rope of small round oxidised beads, doubled, deliberately plain so that nothing distracts from the centrepiece. The peacocks are the best of the metalwork: stippled bodies with each feather stamped individually, tails sweeping up and outward in curling plumes, standing on a short bar set with square stones. Below them hangs the medallion, a disc filled with petal-cut stones radiating from a single round stone at the centre, each petal held in its own thin bezel so the silver draws a line between every colour. The oxidised finish stays dark in the stippling and around the bezels, which is what keeps pale stones from looking washed out. Available in Baby Pink, Blue, Yellow, Mint and Aqua.

Care Instructions

Keep the set away from water, perfume, hair spray and sanitiser, which dull the finish and can loosen the thin bezels around the petal stones. Wipe the metal with a dry soft cloth after wearing, going around the stones rather than over them. Store the necklace flat in its pouch with the earrings separate.
