A large irregular stone sits at the centre, its face carved with a flower in relief and set in a plain silver bezel. Four teardrop panels flank it, two on each side at staggered heights, each filled with petal cut coloured stones alternating with clear ones in granulated silver frames. Pearl clusters are packed between and below every panel. It ties with a thick black dori, and the earrings are jhumkas under teardrop stone tops.
Available in 8 colours: Baby Pink, Green, Sea Green, Ruby, White, Blue, Black and Yellow. The colour refers to the centre stone and the panel stones.
The centre stone is carved rather than polished flat, which is rare at this price. A relief cut flower gives the stone its own light and shadow, so it holds attention in a way a smooth stone of the same size would not.
Eight colour options is the widest range in this style, and because the panels combine the chosen colour with clear stones, every version keeps the same brightness while changing character completely.
Set at staggered heights rather than in a level row, so the choker curves naturally around the throat and the outline is uneven in a deliberate way.
Packed into every gap, several sizes mixed together, so the silver framework is almost hidden behind them. It is what gives the piece its fullness without adding metal.
Close at the base of the throat, adjustable on the thick black dori. Substantial in appearance and moderate in weight.
Plain solid cotton, handloom and simple silk with an open neckline, hair tied back. With nine colours, choose to match one shade already in the outfit rather than the whole thing.
A flat polished stone shows colour and nothing else; a carved one shows colour, shadow and depth. The technique has a long history in Indian jewellery — Mughal workshops carved emeralds and rubies with floral reliefs, and those pieces remain among the most valued anywhere, precisely because carving a stone risks breaking it and cannot be undone. Modern carved glass and composite stones borrow the effect at a fraction of the cost, and the visual logic is identical: relief cut into a translucent material catches light at the ridges and holds shadow in the grooves, so the stone changes as you move rather than presenting one flat face.
Never use a silver dip, which strips the oxidised finish. Wipe with a dry soft cloth, keep the dori dry, and store flat so the pearl clusters are not crushed.
